Punam Vara
Punam is involved in all sectors of real estate within Plankton, overseeing the overall performance of the business. Having founded Plankton, Punam has taken the business to incredible heights. Her strong experience in the origination of investment opportunities through her wide network of trusted clients, has brought in some of the most unique and confidential projects within the real estate arena. Punam has successfully transacted on numerous large development funding investments to date, and continues to work on multiple pipeline projects. She has considerable insight and vision in business structuring and growth initiatives, enabling the business and businesses alike to flourish to abundant heights.
Punam has studied in the University of Sheffield, BPP Law school, and South Bank University.
Punam has held positions as business development director in several large/niche companies, gaining invaluable knowledge in the importance of managing and running businesses, placing huge emphasis on the importance of client relationships.

Marus Jung
Marus has strong experience within the real estate and built a strong network of clients. Marus has been working in real estate for 20+ years and has built up an experience in various sectors within the property industry. He has a passion to deliver results and succeed in meeting client expectations.
Marus studied as a quantity surveyor and has worked in a number of PQS practices. He has a passion working in the real estate sector and has been involved in a number of development funding transactions. He also has a passion for technology and has a strong experience in the digital sector. He is very analytical and has a passion for numbers and getting results.

Passion: Outside of business his family is a priority having travelled to many countries to experience different cultures and foods, Italy and Turkey being two favourite countries.
